We answer email first, on a first come first serve basis. We find our support time is quicker and more efficient via email; we have more time to research your issue.
Our number one concern is to make sure everything is running correctly server side.
If you contact us and state that your web site is not up; and we can hit it from here or from another source; this indicates to us that the server and web site is up and running. This means your site is "not down"; it means *you* can't reach it. We can then take steps on assisting you as to why; although if the problem lies on your end (ISP, Router, connection, internet, etc)then we can't assist. If the problem does lie with us; we will of course fix it as quickly as possible.
All support,informational requests and special requests should be emailed from the contact email of your account.
