If you're using Netscape, and you need to clear your browser cache, do the following:
1. Open up Netscape.
2. Click on your 'Edit' menu.
3. Click on 'Preferences.'
4. Click on 'Clear History' & 'Clear Location Bar.'
Click ok after you're done. Try to access your site.
This should do it. If it doesn't, then you will need to exit out of the browser, reboot your computer, log back on to the Internet and try to access your site again.
